Hey mark. Ive been trying to find this program online, id like to buy it. Where can i find it? Love indian clubs. Eventually ill get into all your 2 handed club stuff, but wanting to fix my body with paired ones first. Thanks for everything bud
How heavy are those kbs and and how many reps and sets do u recommend?
The shinbox program is one of my favorite programs ever. I cut out the first exercise(a lot of overlap with 2HC program) of each level and do 2 rounds as a warm up and the other 2 the next workout. Been doing that on my lifting days, but I’m going to start doing it on my two days of cardio too. Is there a potential program for advanced shinbox movements in the future?
This is a super effective exercise. BJJ, wrestlers and football players are going to benefit from this immensely

Would you recommend heavy clubs everyday, or every other day?
2 hand twice a week, single arm twice a week. Indian club or equivalent…4 to 5
every second day 1h of training. mostly clean&press and double front squats in various reps/sets and weights. works fine for me

If at the moment I am not able to afford the programs, which of your videos should I use to get started. I enjoyed what you have been saying from the videos I listened to, and need to start working out desperately for me and my wife, just turned 42, and time do doesn't stop, but we already are getting pain in our Bodies. Our bodies were meant to be moved. The blood being pumped back to the heart is done by your Calves. Moving aides in this process. Overly simplified.

Finding out that 10 mins continuous clean&press or snatching ain't easy. Can get a lot done in 10 mins with kbs / cbs !
Even simple swings for 10 min aren't easy! My hands take a hit and towards the end of the 10 min my form can start getting wonky if I'm not careful. Yes! "But I only have 10 min" is not an excuse to skip a workout!
Completely agree. I love Marks philosophy on exercise. I am doing his Basis of Strength program which is 4 rounds and 32 mins total. A lot of days, I don't have time to do 32 mins all in one go, so I break it up into 8 min intervals. Is it as good, no, but am I still getting it done, yes. Thank you Mark for the influence and programs.

Hey Mark. I really enjoy your content and thank you so much for trying to educate those of us who love to move kettlebell and clubs around and our training. Question for you: Why does the thumb need to pointing down during the push back/initial grab?
4:35 - again, is this the proper technique Mark? Aren't your hips a bit too high? You're almost performing a sort of stiff-legged deadlift here. Can you please break down the proper technique for lapping a sandbag from ground to lap position?

Mark you are legit strong!!! Some serious strength and technique to swing those heavy clubs. I love Gamma casting my 35 and 45 lb clubs…one of the best feelings in the world…just feels so manly. Great exercise!

Do you think it's okay to run 2 programs per day. 1 program heavy and the other lighter. Then rest 1 day a week or is that too much?

I tried this today together in BOS 2 hand course. It is surprisingly tiring. I can also be that I'm coming off my couch potato phase. It's deceptively simple. I can imagine that doing 4 series of this exercise with 45 ib club would be a chore.

Kettlebells are just less effective dumbbells and lifting heavy rocks is the real best way to train. One thing kettlebells can't develop is a personality
